"I believe that quality early childhood education lays the foundation for children's future successes in all areas of their lives. Building solid relationships with the families and communities is also an essential piece of providing quality care for our children. Lastly, children seem to have an ability to put what is important in life into perspective for adults."

"Children are like a breath of fresh air. The rest of the world is so serious and often pessimistic, and children have an innocence that is humbling. They see no color, social status, etc. When they make friends, it is because they enjoy that person, something we all should learn from. I love entering that world for a couple of hours a day. It's wonderful!"
