Tuition Schedule and Payment Information

Effective July 1, 2007

Monthly Payment for:

ØAdd up the number of full and half days your child attends each week to determine your tuition payment. A minimum total of one full day per week must be scheduled to enroll.

Example: If your toddler attends 2 full days plus 2 mornings per week, your total monthly payment would be $295 + $162 = $457

• Please note that for new children registering, a $160 deposit ($60 for one-time registration fee and $100 toward first month's tuition) is due. This deposit is non-refundable if the child does not attend the center.
• If an opening is being held for more than 2 weeks, a weekly non-refundable holding fee of $50 will be required.
• If any child already enrolled in the center needs to be pulled out for any length of time, a $50 non-refundable fee will be required for each week the opening is held, for up to three (3) months maximum.
• MCC hours of operation are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. A half day is either morning or afternoon; morning sessions run 7:00 am to 12:30 am, and afternoon sessions run 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Late pick-up of children after 12:30 pm is subject to the same penalties as late pick-up at the end of the day. This charge is $10 for the first 5 minutes and $1 per minute thereafter. The $10 fee is moved to 10 minutes if notice is called in.
• Monthly tuition is due on the first business day of every month. Late payments are subject to the following penalties:
  • 2% after the 10th of the month
  • 5% after the 20th of the month
  • 10% after the 30th of the month
  • If payment is delayed, please see the director as soon as possible to minimize penalties and to setup a practicable payment plan.
• A 20% discount will be given for siblings of families with 2 or more children, and applied to the sibling with the lesser tuition. A 20% discount will also be given to employees. These discounts are available only when payment is received in full by the 1st of the month.
• A 5% discount will be given for payments for the entire semester that are received before the first day of the semester. (Semesters are January - April, May - August, and September - December.)
• Two weeks notification is required before child is considered withdrawn.

Holiday Closings:

• Memorial Day (the day observed)
• Independence Day (the day observed)
• Labor Day (the day observed)
• Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following
• The week of Christmas; Christmas Eve through New Year's Day (December 24-31).
  • The center will re-open on the first business day after New Year's Day.
